·Ranked 1st in the country in Indira Gandhi Matritva Sahyog Scheme (IGMSY), benefitting 48K+ pregnant & lactating mothers by providing financial assistance and ensuring institutional delivery.
·Since Chhindwara suffers from the lack of employment opportunities, 7-day Employment Fair with participation of 28K+ rural/tribal people and 32 companies was organized, benefitting 5,309.
·Started a special pilot program for anemic expectant mothers in the district to combat infant and maternal mortality rate, reducing both (IMR & MMR) to zero in target group (of 150).
·Ranked 1st in the state (2011, 2012) in Ladli Laxmi Yojna (LLY), governments scheme to battle apathy & discrimination against girl child, benefitting 33K+ girls financially.

·Conceptualized and implemented LED Street Light Project for energy saving; replacing 15K+ sodium lights with LED lights, thereby reducing electricity consumption by 50%.
·Surveyed, identified and converted 11K+ insanitary latrines to sanitary units for eliminating manual scavenging and making Delhi Open Defecation Free.
